Lenght 60 cm, bore condition good, fluid steel, three folding leaves 100, 200, 300 Yards,  Engraved: "COGSWELL & HARRISON Ltd., NEW BOND STREET 226. STRAND, LONDON & 26 AVENUE de L'OPERA, PARIS", Metal Condition good to very good with some Patina.

Stock:

LOP 36 cm, English Oil Finish, Extension with checkering on the sides and Horn Plate

Remarks:

Overall Length 112 cm, Magazine Capacity 2 + 1. The gun is tight overall with a nice trigger pull, crisp safety and smooth bolt operation. The Checkering shows some wear and the Stock has the usual signs of use of a vintage Rifle used in India and Africa.

History:

The CERTUS-System made it possible, that a double rifle rimmed cartridge would reliably feed and extract from a magazine rifle.

Very few of these rifles were made and this particular piece is probably the best example you can find on the internet at this time.
